OUR APPROACH
What makes our cleaning different?
We clean by checklist, not by guesswork. Every job in Cedar Rapids follows the same thorough process, so nothing gets missed and the price stays the same.
The people behind the spotless
Every Stay Clean visit is backed by a small, detail-focused team that takes the work personally.
Shanna Pledge
OWNER & LEAD CLEANER
Shanna started Stay Clean to bring honest, repeatable cleaning to Cedar Rapids. She still works on-site, with a checklist approach that leaves nothing missed.
Maria Torres
SENIOR CLEANING SPECIALIST
Maria handles our deep cleans and move-in/move-out jobs. She knows exactly where grime hides, and she doesn't stop until it's gone.
What Cedar Rapids clients say
Shanna ran the whole checklist, top to bottom. The bathroom and baseboards looked move-in ready when she left.
Rachel H.
Homeowner, Cedar Rapids
We booked a deep clean for our office before the big client visit. Everything was spotless and done before we opened.

Office Manager, Marion
As an Airbnb host, I need consistent turnover cleaners. Stay Clean shows up on time and the price is the same each visit.
